Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations and hope to offer global shipping in the future. If you have a specific inquiry, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@luminelli.com.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Delivery times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Important information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes after an order has been submitted. If a package is delayed, marked delivered but cannot be located, or returned to us due to an incorrect address, please contact us so we can help review the situation immediately.

Exchanges and Store Credit Only
What is your return policy?
We offer exchanges and store credit only for eligible returns. Refunds to the original payment method are not available. Items must be returned within the specified return window of 14 days upon delivery, unworn, and in their original condition.

Whether you've found a piece in our collection that you'd love to make your own, or you have a vision you'd like to bring to life from scratch, we're here to help. We work with clients to customize existing designs or create something entirely unique.
Submit a custom jewelry request
Preparing for Your Custom Jewelry Consultation
If you would like us to customize a piece from our collection, please have the following information ready:
- Ring size, if customizing a ring
- Wrist measurement, if customizing a bracelet
- Preferred metal, such as sterling silver, gold, or platinum
- Preferred gold color, such as yellow gold or white gold
- Desired gemstone or diamond
If you are interested in creating a piece outside our current collection, please email any reference photos or links to support@luminelli.com before your consultation.
