We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. 

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. 

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes after an order has been submitted. If a package is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or returned to us due to an incorrect address, please contact us at support@luminelli.com so we can assist you promptly.
