1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of luminelli.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display our products accurately; however, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur — particularly with natural gemstones and diamonds, which are unique by nature. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or losses once a package has been handed off.
5. Exchanges & Store Credit
All sales are subject to our Exchanges & Store Credit Policy. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition.
6. Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom and bespoke jewelry orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Scheduling a consultation does not obligate either party to proceed. A deposit may be required to confirm a custom order, and all design details will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including photography, copy, logos, and branding — is the property of Luminelli and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminelli's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
